How do I add a caregiver?
Go to your baby's profile, tap Caregivers, then tap Invite. Enter the caregiver's email address and they'll receive an invitation link.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Alternatively, email us at [email protected] and we'll process the deletion manually.
Is my baby's data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does Mika work offline?
Mika requires an internet connection to sync logs across devices. You can still view previously loaded data while offline.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email us at [email protected] with a description of the issue or your idea. We read every message.
